🏗 About Service

The Manufacturing Basics course is designed for trainees (female-focused) and introduces the essential tools, materials, and strict safety routines used in Japanese manufacturing sites, which adhere to high-quality standards.

Students learn how to handle precision equipment, understand worksite instructions in Japanese, and follow the discipline and cleanliness that are critical in professional environments.

Our goal is to build a strong foundation in both technical skills and the workplace mindset required for manufacturing and communal living in female-only dorms. Through hands-on sessions, quality control workshops, and simulated production lines, trainees gain practical knowledge of the unique Japanese "Kaizen" (Continuous Improvement) culture and teamwork methods.

⚙ Why Learn Manufacturing Basics?

Manufacturing in Japan prioritizes high quality, operational precision, and strong team coordination above all else.

This course prepares learners to meet those standards by teaching how to:

  • Operate precision tools and measuring equipment correctly and safely.

  • Understand Quality Control (QC) concepts and procedures to prevent defects.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers, especially crucial for assembly line teamwork.

  • Practice Japanese worksite routines, including the $5S$ methodology (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke).

  • Maintain discipline, cooperativeness, and workplace safety.

By mastering these fundamentals, trainees become ready to take on SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) level employment opportunities in Japan's manufacturing industry, securing a stable income of Rs $1$ Lakh per month.
