KATOKOUMUTEN

At KATOKOUMUTEN, you’ll work on real projects in Japan—roads, rivers, and building sites—together with senior team members, with safety first.
Your main tasks start simple: carrying materials, setting up tools, site cleaning, basic assembly, and helping with measurements. After you join, seniors teach you step by step. You’ll practice everyday Japanese for the job (greetings, reporting, taking instructions). With safety training and on-the-job learning (OJT), you’ll grow your skills little by little.
Placement (team/role/location) and pay are decided after interviews with the company. We support employer matching after you pass; jobs and salaries are not guaranteed.
