About Service
At Oyakata Skill Training Centre, our “Workplace Japanese” program helps students build real communication skills for safe, efficient, and confident work in Japan.
This course focuses on practical Japanese used in daily operations, safety management, and job interviews — not textbook theory.
Learners practice how to:
🗣Understand and respond to safety instructions on site
Communicate effectively with Japanese coworkers and supervisors
Use polite language in shift changes and team meetings
Express themselves naturally in interviews and workplace situations
Through real-life examples, role-play sessions, and guided conversation practice, students gain both language ability and workplace confidence to succeed in Japan’s construction and manufacturing industries.
