Example duties — Elevator installation
Rail erection & alignment: adjust guide rails vertically inside the shaft
Car & equipment installation: temporary to final fastening of the car, hoisting machine, and control panel
Electrical harness support: routing, bundling, and continuity checks for cables
Door mechanism tuning: speed, contact, and safety sensor checks
Test run & cleanup: floor-leveling at each landing, final cleaning
Site basics: morning briefing, Hou-Ren-Sou (report/share/consult), 5S (sort, set, shine, standardize, sustain)
