How to prevent cavities with simple daily habits
Today we opened our women-focused Manufacturing course and held the entrance ceremony. Many guests traveled from Japan to welcome our new students. Faces showed both nerves and excitement—exactly the energy we want as we start a pathway that builds language, skills, and professional habits for working in Japan.

Ceremony Highlights
Opening remarks: Our purpose—Japanese for work, safety, teamwork—and the basics we practice every day: zero tardiness and keeping promises.
Messages from Japan: What employers value most: safety mindset, reporting/communication, and time discipline. Growing opportunities for women were highlighted.
Advice from current students: Small wins every day—vocabulary notebook, partner study, and simple routines in the dorm help momentum.
Group photo: The first cohort of the Women’s Manufacturing Course—one team from day one.
“We build people, not just jobs.”
Before jobs come habits. With the right habits, learning follows.
